Internet Banking Services

To sign up for NVB Online (Internet Banking), fill in the information requested below, print the completed form and sign it. You may also call (660) 562-3232 or (816) 364-5678 to receive an application by mail. You may then, mail, fax or drop off your application at any NVB Branch Office. Once your signed application is received, your accepted Access ID and temporary Password will be emailed, or if no email address is provided, sent via U.S. mail to the address entered below. You will be prompted to change your Password the first time you log on.

Security
NVB Online Banking uses encryption technology to assure you that your private account information remains private. Account access is based on ownership of each account, meaning only the accounts you are authorized to sign on will appear on your account listing.

To use this service, you will need a PC with a browser that supports 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. We recommend the latest version of Internet Explorer or Netscape Communicator.

Online Access Notification
Once your signed application is received, a notification will be sent to your e-mail address or your mailing address if you did not enter an e-mail address. The notification will contain your accepted Access ID and your temporary password. You will then be ready to log onto NVB Online!

Electronic Statement Notification
You must have a valid email address in order to receive online statements. A periodic email notification from nodawayvalleybank@mybankalerts.com will advise that a statement is ready for online review through NVB Online. Free Reward Checking accountholders customers will receive an additional email from rewardchecking@nodawayvalleybank.com advising whether the account qualified for rewards in the previous statement period. It is important that these email addresses not be blocked by any type of filter. If either of these notices is returned as "undeliverable", a paper statement must be generated, which will result in the automatic conversion of a Free Reward Checking account to a Free Checking Account.
