NVB Online's minimum requirements include an internet browser that supports 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.  Microsoft's Internet Explorer and Netscape's latest offerings both provide the necessary support. 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption ensures the information you send and receive with NVB remains private.  When a page is encrypted, you will see your SSL symbol indicating the connection is secure.  
With Microsoft Explorer, your screen should display in the lower right-hand side of the browser window when you are browsing over a secure connection.
