Edinburgh, Glamis - Inverness
Leave Edinburgh for a guided tour of Glamis Castle. Centuries old, the castle remains the residence of the Earls of Strathmore and was the birthplace of the Queen Mother. This afternoon, visit a Scottish whisky distillery and taste one of the world's most well-known whiskies! Enter the Highlands as you travel towards Inverness where you will stay overnight. (B,D)

Inverness - Loch Ness - Ft. William - Loch Lomond - Cumbernauld
This morning, drive the historic military road along the southern shores of Loch Ness, passing the famous Falls of Foyers. Keep your eyes peeled and your camera ready for sightings of "Nessie!" I agree that any dispute concerning, relating, or referring to this contract, the brochure or any other literature concerning my trip, or the trip itself, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration according to the then existing rules of the American Arbitration Association in the State of Rhode Island. Such proceedings will be governed by and in accordance with the substantive Rhode Island law. The arbitrator and not any federal, state, or local court or agency shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, conscionability, or formation of this contract, including but not limited to any claim that all or any part of its contract is void or voidable.
