Text Banking provides quick access to account balance and recent transactions information. There’s no need to log in, simply text BAL and receive a response within seconds.

How it Works

    Once enrolled, send text messages to: 96924

  • BAL = Current Account Balances
  • HIST + Texting Nickname = recent transactions
  • ATM + Zip Code = Nearby ATMs
  • BRANCH + Zip Code = Nearby Branches
  • HELP = List of Valid Commands & Contact Information
  • *STOP = Cancel NVB Mobile Texting Service

Enroll Now

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Select User Options
  3. Click on Enroll Now or Manage Devices in the Mobile Banking section
  4. Follow the steps to complete Mobile Banking registration
