Our cards are safe and secure because of the fraud prevention tools that consider multiple factors, including geographical locations. To ensure your card will work when traveling, make sure to notify us before you leave.

If you forget to call:
Use your PIN (request your debit card be run as a debit)
Call when you remember (we can make adjustments to your card while you're at the register, if needed)
