Universal Banker
Provides assistance to customers in determining products and services which best meet their needs. Provides assistance to customers with deposit account transactions. Represents the Bank in a manner that maintains and expands business relationships and enhances the Bank’s image contributing to its growth. Provide excellent customer service in all customer and employee interactions.
Responsibilities:- Is fully knowledgeable of all bank deposit products and services.
- Assists customers in retail product selections by profiling, presenting features, benefits, and asks for the entire relationship.
- Refer customers to other departments, i.e. loan, mortgage, NVIS for investment needs, etc.
- Participates in all campaigns & events.
- Attends training classes/seminars for all relationship building training.
- Make outbound phone calls to customers and prospects.
- Fully supports the banks retention program to strengthen new relationships and build on existing.
- Is fully trained in the Teller function.

Customer Support Center
Provides professional assistance to customers by handling inquiries across all communication channels, resolving problems, and guiding them in the effective use of banking and digital products. Proactively identifies opportunities to recommend additional products and services that best meet customer needs. Represents the Bank with professionalism and care, building and strengthening relationships while enhancing the Bank’s image and contributing to growth. Consistently delivers excellent customer service by demonstrating product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
- Provide support and guidance on digital banking products and services
- Use multiple computer programs and systems to assist customers efficiently
- Demonstrate knowledge of all bank products and services
- Identify customer needs and make appropriate referrals for additional products/services
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective problem resolution
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Deliver a positive and consistent customer experience in every interaction
BSA/AML & Fraud Analyst
Provides support in protecting the bank’s assets, as well as helping minimize security, fraud and anti-money laundering (AML) risk. Will utilize programs that detect unusual activity of customer accounts and investigates to determine whether fraud and/or other suspicious activity has occurred. Requires the ability to work with processes based on varying and unique results and circumstances, not on defined instructions. Requires attention to detail, as well as excellent analytical skills to identify suspicious and/or fraudulent activity. Must be self-motivated. Exercise sound judgment and to observe the highest degree of confidentiality in the handling of information. Represents the Bank in a manner that maintains and expands business relationships and enhances the Bank’s image contributing to its growth. Provide excellent customer service in all customer and employee interactions.
Responsibilities:- Identify and Investigate Transactions for Suspicious Activity – 50%
- Team Support – 20%
- Perform Additional Procedures to Comply with BSA/AML Requirements – 20%
- Department, System and Industry Knowledge – 10%
Teller

- Refer customers to other retail divisions, i.e. customer service, loan, mortgage, NVIS for investment needs, etc.
- Participates in all campaigns & events.
- Attends training classes/seminars for all relationship building and other training as required.
- Recognize an opportunity with good listening skills for a referral to another department; respond to that opportunity by following through with the referral.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Assists with basic debit card related requests.
Teller
