Teller
Provides assistance to customers with deposit account transactions. Represents the Bank in a manner that maintains and expands business relationships and enhances the Bank’s image contributing to its growth. Provide excellent customer service in all customer and employee interactions.
Responsibilities:- Is knowledgeable of all deposit products and services.
- Provide prompt, efficient professional and friendly service at all times.
- Refer customers to other retail divisions, i.e. customer service, loan, mortgage, NVIS for investment needs, etc.
- Participates in all campaigns & events.
- Attends training classes/seminars for all relationship building and other training as required.
- Recognize an opportunity with good listening skills for a referral to another department; respond to that opportunity by following through with the referral.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Assists with basic debit card related requests.
