Debit Card

If you need a new or replacement Debit Card, you can pick it up immediately at any NVB location. Click here for the address of each branch, or request a new card be mailed to you by contacting our Customer Support Center.

Credit Card

If you need a new or replacement Credit Card, please call our Customer Support Center or call the number on the back of your card. New or replacement Credit Cards must be sent through the mail.
