Online & Mobile Banking Are Getting an Upgrade
We’re upgrading NVB Online and Mobile Banking to make it easier to manage your money. As part of this change, some customers may see updates to their username, which accounts appear under their profile, or how other users access their accounts.
Important Dates
November 10, 2026
Deadline to request a different preferred username or let us know whether someone with view-only access should keep that access.
November 15, 2026
Customers currently using multiple Online Banking usernames will begin using one login for their eligible accounts.
A Simpler Way to Manage Your Accounts
One Login. Less Switching.
We’re making Online Banking easier by bringing your eligible accounts together under one username. If you currently use multiple usernames, here’s what you can expect beginning November 15, 2026.
What’s getting simpler:
We’ll handle the transition automatically, so there’s nothing you need to do unless you prefer a different username. If so, contact us by November 10, 2026.
What’s Changing?
Depending on how you currently use Online Banking, here’s what you can expect.
Multiple Online Banking Usernames
Beginning November 15, your eligible accounts will appear under one login. We’ll keep your Bill Pay username, or your most recently used username if you don’t use Bill Pay.
View-Only Account Access
If someone who isn’t an owner or signer has view-only access, tell us by November 10 whether to keep it. Approved access moves to NVB Cash Management at no cost. Otherwise, access ends.
Authorized Signers
Owner/signer accounts appear automatically. Signer-only accounts require Online Banking Access to be enabled. Contact NVB if business access needs to remain separate.
Protect Your Online Banking Information
Nodaway Valley Bank will never ask for your password or security codes by phone, text, or email.
If you receive a request for this information, do not respond. Contact us directly at 1-877-217-4682.

Will my password change?
No. If your multiple usernames are being combined, the password associated with your retained username will stay the same.

How will approved view-only users sign in?
