Nodaway Valley Bank has been named the #1 bank in Missouri on the Forbes list of Best-in-State Banks 2024. NVB was named the #1 bank in Missouri last year, as well, and was awarded the #1 spot in 2018. Only 185 unique banks across the United States, representing 4% of all banks, have received back to back recognition this year.
Forbes and Statista identify Best-in-State Banks by conducting an independent survey of 26,000 customers in the United States who ae asked to rate banks at which they have or previously maintained a checking/savings accounts. For each financial institution, a sentiment analysis approach of publicly available online text reviews and ratings was applied.
On average, each financial institution awarded received more than 200 evaluations (including publicly available reviews). Example statements used to evaluate the bank’s performance included.
